FBC invites you to the 2021 first workshop "Many Faces of Wellbeing at Work".
How to think about wellbeing at work? As the challenges and circumstances at work change, so does our need for understanding wellbeing. This lecture and workshop combination discusses the many faces of wellbeing at work, from past to present and onwards to what the future of wellbeing at work holds. The lecture draw upon a variety of sources, including happiness studies, organisation studies, and applied philosophy. The take-aways from this lecture and workshop include practical insights about how to think about and lead your own and others' wellbeing within a work community. Many new paths of thought about wellbeing emerge once the traditional "I" is substituted with a "We".
The workshop will be a hybrid event separated into two parts: Session 1 (introduction) for both online & onsite participants and Session 2 (workshop) for onsite participants only, max. 20 pax. Please, see registration options.
FBC follows the current COVID-19 regulations and onsite SafeEntry registration & temperature measuring will be performed.
The webinar is a public event and the organizer reserves the rights to post event photos on social media. Zoom meeting registrants will receive a Zoom meeting link with a password in the afternoon on January 14, 2021.
