EuroCham survey on DP holders working on LoC
Last week it was announced by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) that legislation concerning spouses and the family of Employment Pass (EP) holders in Singapore has changed. Those who are currently holding a Dependent Pass (DP) will need to obtain either an EP or Special Pass (SP) to work in Singapore. Previously, DP holders could apply for a Letter of Consent (LOC) from the MOM. Starting 1st May 2021, this will no longer be possible.
The purpose of this questionnaire is to better understand the impact of the new legislation on European organisations and on international expatriates in Singapore.
Please provide your answers to this survey by 18th March. All answers will be kept anonymous. Fill the survey here.
