Sari Marsden, ICF-PCC, NASM-CPT CES FNS.
Certified Executive Coach, Nike Trainer, and Co-Author of “FIT TO LEAD”
Sari is a certified executive coach with over a decade of experience working with corpo-rate clients across Southeast Asia, in leadership and performance. She offers a unique proposition in the coaching industry because she is also an NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and an elite trainer for Nike Training Club. She is also a winner of gold medals for Team Singapore in interna-tional fitness physique competitions.
Sari has also been recognised for her role as a champion of women who lead with pur-pose in the Portraits of Women, a collaboration project by Women in Asia community, TEDxSingapore and the National Library Board of Singapore. In 2019, Sari was selected as finalist for the Shape Fit Girl by Shape Magazine. When she is not coaching or train-ing, Sari contributes to her community via volunteering to work with youths with learning difficulties as a fitness dance coach, in a local vocational school and Aidha, a non-profit organisation that provides education and entrepreneurial skills for foreign domestic work-ers.
Sari uses a wide range of training methods that combine physical, mental and emotional states in order to produce powerful and sustainable results. In addition to improved per-formance, her clients report a shift in the way they see the world and the way they hold their body, often resulting in increased ‘executive presence' and authenticity. Her ap-proach is purpose-driven, holistic and dynamic.
Her passion for fitness and leadership led her to co-author the ground-breaking book, “FIT TO LEAD”, with her husband (who is himself a certified executive coach and leader-ship facilitator). The book combines the principles of executive coaching, movement, nu-trition and fitness training to provide the reader with a holistic system for transforming their leadership and producing breakthrough results not only for themselves, but also for the people they lead.
