Olli-Pekka is responsible for the KONE elevator and escalator modernization business in the Asia Pacific, Middle-East, and Africa region. He believes sustainability is an increasingly important driver for elevator modernization. Maintaining, refurbishing, or repurposing existing infrastructure in cities is critical for reaching the tightening sustainability targets as for example at least 60% of the building’s whole life carbon comes from embodied carbon.

Olli-Pekka has been with KONE since 2006 holding various business development and management positions at global, area, and frontline level. Olli-Pekka holds an MSc. degree in Networking technology and Industrial Management from Helsinki University of Technology.

Matti leads Neste’s Sustainability in the Asia Pacific region. His focus is on heading and coordinating Neste's sustainability efforts in the Asia Pacific area and building an effective network internally and externally to drive further improvements in Neste's sustainability activities, especially related to supply chains. Matti is also managing and developing a growing team of sustainability specialists. Matti has been with Neste since 2003 holding various leadership roles in Legal and in Sustainability. Before joining Neste, Matti worked as an attorney, advising customers in the global energy sector. Matti is passionate about business opportunities serving the purpose of creating a healthier planet for our children.

Joanne Flinn is an award-winning business author. Her most recent book, Greensight ~ The Sustainability Handbook for Company Directors helps leaders, boards, and the C-suite address the twin challenges of growth and ESG. Her clients include start-up ecosystems to the Fortune 500 and $1.5 Billion funds.

Twice a TEDx speaker, she’s keynoted on 4 continents at corporate and industry events ranging from Autodesk to the Asian Banker.

Clara Kwan is the Global Head of Sustainability and Impact Investment of Consulus and the Chief Sustainability Officer of DesignFutures Venture. Clara spearheads and executes strategic decisions and provide strategic consultations on sustainability issues and best practices for companies, including establishing ESG principles and roadmap into regional and local processes in companies’ management, operations, legal and compliance, business continuity planning, marketing and human resources. She was previously the Chief Operating Officer and Head of Sustainability of NEFIN Group which operates over 3000MW of utility-scale, commercial, and industrial rooftop solar systems in its combined portfolio regionally. Clara graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Law (Honors) and has an Executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
