Peter Kenttä (Dr. Sci.) is a management educator, university lecturer and organisational change consultant. In 2020, he finished his pathbreaking dissertation on wellbeing in organisations, pinpointing wellbeing as a communicative and interactional phenomenon amongst co-workers. He regularly lectures about wellbeing, leadership and organisational development at Aalto University, Finland. As a consultant in Filosofian Akatemia, Peter has a decade of experience consulting and educating company boards about leadership development, change management and how to improve wellbeing at work. Outside of work, you may find him dragon boating on Kallang or ‘crushing it’ at a gym in Tiong Bahru.

Tiina Haikola is the Executive Director for Aalto University Executive Education Asia Pacific operations in Singapore, Chairman of the Board for the Finnish Business Council and Board Member for the European Chamber of Commerce. Prior to joining Aalto EE, Tiina was 12 years with Duke Corporate Education in London and Singapore, working with clients across several industries in 20 different countries designing and delivering customized executive education programs. After seven years in London, Tiina moved to Singapore in October 2013. Tiina holds a Master of Education degree from the University of Jyväskylä in Finland and is certified in the use of the Myers‐Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Intercultural Readiness Check (IRC) and Emotional Intelligence instruments.
